Reservations

For the last ten years we have hosted anglers and guests from every corner of the world. The forthcoming 2009 - 2010 Season starts next October 2009, and we are offering a wider and more sophisticated variety of services than ever before. We would very much like you to experience the excellence of PBL’s comfort and professional services.

Reservations

All reservations will be on a pre-payment basis. Reservations will be confirmed by PBL upon payment of a 50% deposit of total program value. The 50% balance due payment must be made not later than 30 days before guest check-in date. Non-fishing activities, such as horseback riding, tours, trekking, local sightseeing excursions, etc. must be arranged with a minimum 30 days notice.

Payment

PBL should receive the full amount of program value. For payments originated outside of Chile, foreign bank transfer commissions and fees, if any, will be paid by the selling agent or the client.
Payments in US dollars should be directed to our local bank account. Extras, if any, can be paid by the guest directly at the Lodge, in US dollars cash, or traveler’s checks, or local currency. We do not operate with Credit Cards.

Cancellations and refund policy

In case of programs or reservation cancellation by the guest, PBL will refund up to 50% of total program price, provided such cancellation is made with a minimum 60 days notice from date of arrival. Shorter notice will not qualify for refund, unless the unused space can be re-sold to a third party.
